****Bonding Process*****
There are different bonding methods used, such as sintering, brazing, and chemical vapor deposition (CVD). Sintering involves multiple layers of diamonds impregnated within a metal matrix, providing a long life and even wear. Brazing involves a single layer of diamond crystals bonded to the steel body with high diamond exposure, which is ideal for hard-to-cut materials. CVD involves a vacuum chamber process where crystalline diamond grows on the surface of cutting tools, forming a continuous coating.
