The FT500 drilling rig is equipped with a specially designed trailer chassis, on which a power station, dual winch unit, rotary table, and drilling mast are mounted, and it can be towed by a tractor or a truck.

The design of this drilling rig is rational, with complete accessories, simple structure, reliable transmission, convenient relocation, and good mobility.

The drilling rig is equipped with four hydraulic stabilizers, which can operate simultaneously or individually to facilitate quick leveling of the rig. Moreover, the two rear stabilizers can extend horizontally and be mechanically locked, thus enhancing the stability of the entire drilling rig during drilling operations.
The drilling rig's rotary table is of the lever type, featuring a quasi-hypoid gear transmission system inside, which delivers high torque, low noise, and high strength.

The drilling rig is equipped with a high-displacement reciprocating plunger pump produced by a well-known domestic manufacturer, offering high flow rate and pressure, easy maintenance, and ensuring smooth drilling operations.

The main and auxiliary winches of the drilling rig have a mechanical planetary structure, which is simple to operate, reliable, has a high lifting capacity, meets the needs of normal drilling, and is capable of handling general hole accidents.

When extended, this cylinder can drive the rotary table's ratchet to reverse, releasing the first connection of the drill pipe joint, and then the rotary table can release the rod. This greatly reduces the impact on the drilling rig and extends the life of the drill pipe. Upper Power Station The upper power station serves as the power source for drilling operations.
